Arrow Hair & Beauty Supplies Ltd operates exclusively as a wholesaler.  We do not sell directly to the general public. We do not deal with consumer sales.  All products and product information available on this web site are intended for qualified or training professional hairdressers, beauty therapists and nail technicians only and are for sale on a trade only basis.  By placing an order with Arrow Hair & Beauty Supplies Ltd you are confirming that you are not a consumer for the purposes of the consumer credit legislation and for the purposes of sale of goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use.  Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by Arrow Hair & Beauty Supplies Ltd, for trained or untrained personnel misusing equipment supplied by Arrow Hair & Beauty Supplies Ltd. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.  Products on this site are not for sale to members of the general public.

The other stuff…

1. We use Retail Merchant Services to process our payments.  We therefore never process or have access to your credit card or debit card details.  This is solely taken care of by Retail Merchant Services .  Your payment will only be processed once your order has been packed and dispatched.
2. We do reserve the right to cancel your order if it cannot be fulfilled for any reason.  This is very rare and we will contact you to explain why and to refund any money that may already have been paid.
3. Our delivery costs £5.99 for next week day delivery to almost anywhere in the UK if your order is placed before 3pm.  For more details please read our Delivery Information and our list of postcodes which may take a little longer.
4. If you order is damaged, goes missing or is not satisfactory in anyway, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.  All refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Exchange Policy
5. Your privacy is very important to us.  We will only use information we have collected to help us process and deliver your order.  For more information, please read our full Privacy Policy
6. We do reserve the right to remove any product from our website without notice.
7. Any promotions or discounts we may run are for single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.
8. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we reserve the right contact you to decide on the best outcome.
