The 20-Volume Oil Developer is to be used on-scalp, length & ends and has a maximum of 50 minutes development time. Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer is to be mixed exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder. When development time is complete, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
